Terms and Conditions

• Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. An early check-in or a late check-out is solely based on the discretion of the hotel.
• A maximum of 3 adults are allowed in one room. The third occupant shall be provided a mattress/rollaway bed.
• Certain hotels may ask for a security deposit during check-in, which is refundable at check-out subject to the hotel’s policy.
• Heritage properties may not have the latest amenities, but their timeless beauty has a charm of its own.
• Tented camps in Rajasthan are seasonal in nature and offer basic services.
• Certain hotels in old city areas of Rajasthan may not have a direct access road. Hence, the transfer vehicle will drop you at the nearest point to the hotel from where you would have to hire a porter to carry your luggage (on direct payment basis).
• In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a hotel of similar standard.
• Booking rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Airline seats and hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• The itinerary is fixed and cannot be modified. Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal.
• Air-conditioner shall be switched off during drives in hilly areas. This will be completely dependent on the driver’s discretion.
• Vehicles provided are air-conditioned and well maintained; during the day, especially in summer, the air-conditioner will take time to cool the vehicle.
• Vehicles can go up to a designated point at monuments and sightseeing spots. From there, you may need to walk, hire a jeep, or take an elephant/camel ride (on direct payment basis).
• Entry tickets, monument charges, or additional sightseeing fees are payable directly by the guest unless specifically included.
• Sightseeing is subject to weather, political & traffic conditions. Any sightseeing missed due to natural calamities/weather conditions is non-refundable.
• If your holiday includes a visit to the Taj Mahal, note that it is closed for visitors on Fridays.
• Some monuments/temples may be closed on particular days of the week or during festivals/royal ceremonies.
• Some monuments may not be easily accessible for differently-abled guests.
• Ranthambore Safari has limited seats; we recommend booking early to enjoy a chance to spot wildlife including the majestic tiger.
• The booking price does not include personal expenses such as laundry, phone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar, tips, portage, camera fees etc.
• Items not mentioned under “Inclusions” are not part of the package cost.
• Cost of deviation and extension of the validity of your ticket is not included.
• For any paid activity which is non-operational due to unforeseen reasons, YashTrip will process a refund within 30 days. Complimentary activities are non-refundable.
• If flights involve a combination of different airlines, guests may have to collect luggage at the connecting hub and re-check in for the onward journey.
• The package price does not include mandatory gala dinners or special surcharges levied by hotels during New Year, Christmas, or special occasions. YashTrip will try to communicate such costs at the time of booking.
• In case the package is cancelled due to natural calamity, weather conditions etc., YashTrip will strive to provide maximum possible refund subject to vendor agreements.
• YashTrip reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to reasons including but not limited to: force majeure events, strikes, festivals, weather, traffic issues, overbooking, flight cancellations or re-routing, closures/restrictions at sightseeing spots. Alternate arrangements will be made where possible, but no refunds/compensation claims will be entertained.
• Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
