Terms and Conditions

• Starting 1st May 2025 travel onwards, Thailand is implementing the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC), a new paperless digital system to make immigration processes faster, easier, and more secure. As per the latest immigration guidelines, it is mandatory for all non-Thai nationals travelling to Thailand by air, land, or sea to apply and complete their TDAC registration online for free before arrival. You must complete your registration within 3 days of arrival. To register, please click on: https://tdac.immigration.go.th.
• Please note that the package cost does not include a visa fee. Indian nationals currently enjoy On Arrival Visa-Free entry until further notice.
• Please expect to receive your vouchers 72 hours before your departure date (subject to full payment of your package cost).
• Please note that these packages are customizable, which means that you will be able to make changes to the itinerary/activity if you so desire. The final payment will be calculated as per the activities reflecting on the website which will be outlined in the confirmatory e-mail sent to you.
• Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar etc., are not included.
• In case your package needs to be cancelled due to any natural calamity, weather conditions etc. YashTrip shall strive to give you the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trade partners/vendors.
• If payment is not made as per the schedule provided in the first booking confirmation e-mail, YashTrip reserves the right to cancel the booking after attempting to get in touch with you. Refunds would be as per the package cancellation policy.
• The passenger names in the booking form should be exactly as per passports. YashTrip will not bear any liability for the name change fee, if incorrect names and ages have been added at the time of booking.
• Please note that if your package includes a flight which is a low cost carrier (Thai Air Asia, Air India Express) then baggage will not be included in the package. Baggage can be added as per your requirement at an additional cost depending on the airlines and destination.
• Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. An early check-in, or a late check-out is solely based on the discretion of the hotel.
• In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in another hotel of a similar category.
• Certain hotels abroad may ask for a security deposit during check-in, which is refundable at check-out subject to the hotel's policy.
• Please note that "Day at Leisure" essentially implies that no sightseeing activities have been included for that day.
• Kindly be on time for your activities, tours and transfers. Most countries are quite strict about following a schedule.
• The package price does not include special dinner or mandatory charges at time levied by the hotels especially during New Year and Christmas or any special occasions. YashTrip shall try to communicate the same while booking the package. However YashTrip may not have this information readily available all the time.

• MMT reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation re-scheduling / re-routing of flights, closure of /entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
• For any paid activity which is non-operational due to any unforeseen reason, we will process refund & the same should reach the guest within 30 days of processing the refund. Also, for any activity which is complimentary and not charged to MMT & guest, no refund will be processed.
• TCS Conditions: As per section 206CCA of Income Tax Act 1961, w.e.f. 01-Jul-21 onwards, TCS will be charged @10% on overseas tour packages in case you have not filed your income tax returns for two preceding years; and the aggregate TDS and TCS in each tax year is INR 50,000 or more.
• On validating the PAN if it is found that you have not filed your Income Tax Returns for two preceding years and aggregate TCS and TCS exceeds INR 50,000, an additional TCS @5% will be recovered from you or booking will get cancelled and cancellation charges will apply.

Exclusions

• Package price does not include Gala dinner charges applicable on Christmas and New Year's Eve.
• VISA cost is not included in the package cost.

Important Information

• YashTrip provides Visa assistance only. Final Visa approval lies solely at the discretion of the respective Embassy/Consulate.
• Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the planned return date of your trip.
• Check your flight status/schedule at least 24 hours before departure, as airline schedules may change without prior notice.
• Passenger names entered during booking must exactly match the names on the travel documents (e.g., passport) carried for the trip.
• YashTrip representatives will never ask for sensitive information like credit/debit card details, passwords, PIN, CVV, OTP, etc. Do not share such details with anyone via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, email, or any other medium.
• On arrival, proceed through Immigration, then head to the Baggage Claim Area. Thereafter, move towards Gate-10 of the main exit (Exit A for domestic passengers, Exit B for international passengers) to meet the YashTrip representative.
• Please ensure you meet the airport representative within 70 minutes of flight landing. Delays in transfers may occur due to traffic, car breakdowns, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Standard hotel check-in time is 2:00 PM. For early check-in or late check-out, please coordinate with the YashTrip representative before departure (subject to availability). A refundable security deposit (THB 700-2500) is mandatory at hotel check-in.
• It is recommended to carry a minimum of THB 5000 in local currency for convenience during the trip.
• Most islands in Thailand levy a national park fee: THB 400 per adult and THB 200 per child, payable in cash on-site.
• An additional entrance fee of THB 20 is applicable for visits to Phi Phi, James Bond, and other islands, payable in cash on-site.
