Terms and Conditions

• Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to the hotel’s discretion.
• A maximum of 3 adults are allowed in one room. The third occupant shall be provided a mattress/rollaway bed.
• The itinerary is fixed and cannot be modified. Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal. For any paid activity which is non-operational due to unforeseen reasons, YashTrip will process a refund which should reach the guest within 30 days of processing.
• For complimentary activities not charged to YashTrip or the guest, no refund will be processed in case of non-operation.
• AC may not be functional in cool or hilly areas.
• Entrance fee, parking and guide charges are not included in the package.
• If your flights involve a combination of different airlines, you may need to collect your luggage at the connecting hub and re-check it for onward travel.
• Booking rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Airline seats and hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Pricing is based on the age of passengers. Please ensure correct age details at the time of booking. Incorrect details may incur a penalty during travel.
• In case of unavailability at the listed hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a hotel of similar standard.
• If your package is cancelled due to natural calamities, weather conditions, etc., YashTrip will strive to provide the maximum possible refund, subject to agreements with trade partners/vendors.
• YashTrip reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to reasons such as force majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather, traffic issues, overbooking, flight cancellations/re-routing, or closures at places of visit. While alternate arrangements will be made, no refunds/compensations shall be claimed.
• Certain hotels may ask for a refundable security deposit during check-in, as per hotel policy.
• The booking price does not include expenses of personal nature such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar, tips, portage, or camera fees.
• Any other items not mentioned under “Inclusions” are not part of the package cost.
• The package price does not include mandatory gala dinners or special charges levied by hotels during New Year, Christmas, or festive occasions. YashTrip will attempt to inform you during booking, but this information may not always be readily available.
• Cost of deviation or extension of ticket validity is not included.
• For cancellation and refund queries, please refer to YashTrip’s Cancellation Policy.
• Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
• All Indian tourists are required to carry valid government-issued photo ID proof.
• Some monuments/temples may remain closed on specific days of the week, during festivals, or due to royal ceremonies.

• Package price does not include Gala dinner charges applicable on Christmas and New Year's Eve
