Terms and Conditions

• Tourism Dirham Tax will be charged directly to the clients upon arrival at the hotel. These charges are applicable on a per night basis depending on the hotel category booked.
• Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an e-mail as well as an SMS on your registered mobile number. For assistance, you may connect us at booking@yashtrip.com (open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, seven days a week).
• You will receive your vouchers 72 hours before your departure date (subject to full payment of your package cost).
• Packages are customizable. The final payment will be calculated as per the activities selected and reflected in the confirmation e-mail.
• Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar, etc. are not included.
• In case your package needs to be cancelled due to natural calamity, weather conditions, etc., Yashtrip will strive to provide the maximum possible refund, subject to agreements with our partners/vendors.
• If payment is not made as per the schedule provided in the booking confirmation e-mail, Yashtrip reserves the right to cancel the booking. Refunds will be processed as per the package cancellation policy.
• Passenger names in the booking form must match exactly as per passports. Yashtrip will not be liable for name change fees if incorrect details are provided at the time of booking.
• If your package includes a low-cost carrier flight (such as Air Asia, Scoot, Fly Dubai, Air Arabia, etc.), baggage may not be included. It can be added at an additional cost based on airline and destination.
• Please provide baggage requirements at least 5 days before departure.
• Standard check-in time at hotels is 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel discretion.
• If the selected hotel is unavailable, a similar category alternative will be offered.
• Some hotels abroad may require a security deposit at check-in, refundable at check-out as per hotel policy.
• "Day at Leisure" means no sightseeing activities are included on that day.
• Please be punctual for activities, tours, and transfers as most countries follow strict schedules.
• The package price does not include special dinners or mandatory charges by hotels during New Year, Christmas, or festive occasions. Yashtrip will try to communicate such charges at the time of booking, but availability of this information cannot be guaranteed.
• For queries regarding cancellations and refunds, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.
• Disputes, if any, will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
• For any paid activity that is non-operational due to unforeseen reasons, refunds will be processed within 30 days. Complimentary activities that are not charged will not be eligible for refunds.
• As per section 206CCA of Income Tax Act 1961, effective 01-Jul-21, TCS will be charged @5% on overseas tour packages if you have not filed income tax returns for the preceding two years and if your aggregate TDS/TCS is INR 50,000 or more in each tax year. In such cases, an additional TCS @5% will be charged, or the booking may be cancelled with applicable cancellation charges.

Exclusions

• Mandatory Dubai Tourism Dirham Fee to be paid directly to the hotel (subject to change basis local regulations)
• Package price does not include Gala dinner charges applicable on Christmas and New Year's Eve

Important Information

• 1.Visa Disclaimer : Please note that the final decision regarding a visa application rests solely with the respective Embassy/Consulate.
• 2. To travel to any international destination, your passport must have a minimum validity of 06 months from your planned date of return.
• 3. Do check your flight status/schedule 24 hours before the scheduled flight departure, since airline schedules are subject to change without notice.
• 4.While entering passenger names during the booking process, do ensure that they exactly match the names on the travel documents (e.g. passport) that you will be carrying for the trip.
• 5. YashTrip officials or representatives will NEVER ask you for your personal information i.e. your credit/debit card details, passwords, PIN, CVV, OTP etc. Please do not share these details with anyone over phone, SMS, Whatsapp, email or any other source
