Terms and Conditions

• Standard check-in time at the hotel is usually 2:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel discretion.
• Maximum of 3 adults per room. A third occupant will be provided a mattress or rollaway bed.
• Some hotels may ask for a security deposit during check-in, refundable at check-out as per hotel policy.
• Heritage properties may not have modern amenities but offer timeless charm.
• Tented camps in Rajasthan are seasonal and offer basic services.
• Certain hotels in old city areas may not have direct road access. Transfers will drop you at the nearest point; luggage may need to be carried by porter at your expense.
• If listed hotels are unavailable, alternate accommodations of similar standard will be arranged.
• Booking rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Airline seats and hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• The itinerary is fixed and transportation will follow the itinerary schedule.
• Air-conditioners may be switched off in hilly areas at the driver's discretion.
• Vehicles are air-conditioned and well-maintained; cooling may take time during daytime, especially in summer.
• Vehicles can reach designated points at monuments or sightseeing areas; you may need to walk or hire transport (jeep/elephant/camel) for the remaining distance.
• Entry tickets or any additional charges at sightseeing spots must be paid directly (unless included in your package).
• Sightseeing is subject to weather, political, and traffic conditions. Missed sightseeing due to natural events is non-refundable.
• For the Taj Mahal, note it is closed on Fridays; plan accordingly.
• Some monuments or temples may be closed on specific days, during festivals, or royal ceremonies.
• Accessibility for differently-abled guests may be limited at some sites.
• Ranthambore Safari has limited seats; enjoy encounters with sambar deer, sloth bears, wild boars, and tigers.
• The package price excludes personal expenses: laundry, phone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, minibar, tips, portage, camera fees, etc.
• Items not listed under inclusions are not included.
• Deviation or extension costs on flights are not included.
• For any paid activity that is non-operational, refunds will be processed within 30 days. Complimentary activities cannot be refunded.
• If your flights involve multiple airlines, you may need to re-check luggage at connecting airports.
• Special dinners or mandatory hotel charges (e.g., during New Year or Christmas) are not included. YashTrip will try to inform you during booking.
• If your package is cancelled due to natural calamities or weather, YashTrip will strive for maximum possible refunds based on vendor agreements.
• YashTrip reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to force majeure, strikes, fairs, festivals, traffic, overbookings, or restrictions at places of visit. Alternate arrangements will be made where possible, but no liability for refunds/compensation.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
