Terms and Conditions

• Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. An early check-in or a late check-out is solely based on the discretion of the hotel.
• A maximum of 3 adults are allowed in one room. The third occupant shall be provided a mattress/rollaway bed.
• The itinerary is fixed and cannot be modified. Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal. For any paid activity which is non-operational due to unforeseen reasons, we will process a refund within 30 days of initiation.
• For any complimentary activity not charged to YashTrip or the guest, no refund will be processed if it is non-operational.
• AC may not be functional in cool or hilly areas.
• Entrance fees, parking charges, and guide charges are not included in the packages.
• If your flights involve a combination of different airlines, you may have to collect your luggage at the connecting hub and re-check it for the onward journey.
• Booking rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Airline seats and hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Pricing of the booking is based on the age of the passengers. Please ensure correct passenger details while booking. Incorrect age details may incur penalties during travel.
• In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, alternate accommodation of similar standard will be provided.
• If your package needs to be cancelled due to natural calamities, weather conditions, etc., YashTrip will strive to process the maximum possible refund as per agreements with vendors/partners.
• YashTrip reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point due to force majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic issues, hotel/flight overbooking, cancellations, re-routing, or closures of places of visit. Alternate arrangements will be made but no refunds/compensation will be provided.
• Certain hotels may ask for a refundable security deposit during check-in, subject to the hotel’s policy.
• The booking price does not include expenses of a personal nature such as laundry, phone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, minibar charges, tips, portage, or camera fees.
• Any item not mentioned under "Inclusions" is not included in the cost of the booking.
• The package price does not include special dinners or mandatory surcharges levied by hotels during New Year, Christmas, or special occasions. YashTrip will try to inform guests at the time of booking, but details may not always be available in advance.
• Cost of deviation and extension of validity on tickets is not included.
• For cancellations and refunds, please refer to YashTrip’s Cancellation Policy.
• All disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
• All Indian tourists are required to carry valid government-issued photo IDs.
• Some monuments/temples may remain closed on specific days of the week or during festivals/royal ceremonies.
