Terms and Conditions

• Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an e-mail as well as an SMS on your registered mobile number confirming your booking. For any queries, please connect us on booking@yashtrip.com.
• These packages are customizable, which means you will be able to make changes to the itinerary/activities if you so desire.
• Hotel/Cruise bed types are subject to availability. Examples – Double/Twin Bed, Queen-size Bed + Single Sofa Bed, or similar.
• Visa for Visa-on-Arrival destinations (Thailand/Bali/Mauritius/Maldives) is not included in the packages.
• A maximum of 3 adults are allowed in one room and may be provided with a mattress/rollaway bed if mentioned. Children are not given an extra bed unless specifically arranged with the hotel directly.
• Airline seats and hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• The final payment will be calculated as per the activities selected on the website and confirmed in your booking email.
• Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, and mini bar are not included.
• In case your package is cancelled due to natural calamities, weather conditions, etc., YashTrip will strive to provide the maximum possible refund subject to agreements with trade partners/vendors.
• If payment is not made as per the schedule provided in the booking confirmation email, YashTrip reserves the right to cancel the booking. Refunds will be as per the package cancellation policy.
• Passenger names in the booking form must exactly match the passports. YashTrip will not bear liability for name change fees due to incorrect details provided.
• Your passport must have at least 6 months’ validity from your planned date of return for international travel.
• If your package includes a low-cost carrier flight (Indigo, Scoot, AirAsia, etc.), baggage/food/drinks are not included unless specifically mentioned. Additional baggage can be purchased at extra cost.
• Standard hotel check-in is 3:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. Early check-in/late check-out is at the hotel’s discretion. In case the chosen hotel is unavailable, an alternate hotel of similar category will be offered.
• Some hotels may require a refundable security deposit at check-in, as per hotel policy.
• “Day at Leisure” implies no sightseeing activities are planned for that day.
• Please be on time for tours, transfers, and activities. Many countries strictly follow schedules.
• The package price does not include special dinners or mandatory surcharges levied by hotels during New Year, Christmas, or special occasions.
• If a paid activity is non-operational due to unforeseen reasons, refunds will be processed within 30 days. Complimentary activities are non-refundable.
• Activities are subject to availability and operational schedules. Itinerary may change accordingly.
• If a Visa is not mentioned in the package, it is not included. The decision on visa approval lies solely with the respective Embassy/Consulate.
• Check your flight status 24 hours prior to departure, as airline schedules may change without notice.
• Cruise gratuities and tourism taxes are payable directly unless otherwise mentioned.
• Deviation costs or ticket validity extensions are not included in the package.
• For cancellations and refunds, please refer to YashTrip’s Cancellation Policy.
• All disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
• TCS Conditions: As per section 206CCA of the Income Tax Act 1961, effective 01-Jul-21, TCS will be charged @10% on overseas tour packages if you have not filed your income tax returns for the previous two years and your aggregate TDS/TCS in each year is INR 50,000 or more. In such cases, an additional TCS @5% may be recovered or the booking may be cancelled.
