• For a hassle-free travel experience, we request you to consult with your Travel Expert.
• Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to the hotel's discretion.
• A maximum of 3 adults are allowed in one room. The third occupant shall be provided a mattress/rollaway bed.
• The itinerary is fixed and cannot be modified. Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal.
• For any paid activity which is non-operational due to unforeseen reasons, we will process a refund within 30 days. No refund will be processed for complimentary activities.
• AC will not be functional anywhere in cool or hilly areas.
• Entrance fee, parking, and guide charges are not included in the package price unless specified.
• If your flights involve a combination of different airlines, you may have to collect your luggage at the connecting hub and check it in again.
• Booking rates are subject to change without prior notice. Airline seats and hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Pricing is based on the age of passengers. Entering incorrect age details may incur penalties at the time of travel.
• In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, alternate accommodation of a similar standard will be provided.
• If the package is cancelled due to natural calamity or weather conditions, refunds will be subject to agreements with trade partners/vendors.
• We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to Force Majeure events, strikes, festivals, weather, traffic, overbooking, or closures. Alternate arrangements will be made where possible.
• Some hotels may ask for a security deposit during check-in, refundable at check-out as per hotel policy.
• Package price does not include expenses of personal nature (laundry, telephone, room service, minibar, tips, portage, camera fees, etc.).
• Special dinner or mandatory charges during festive seasons (e.g., New Year, Christmas) are not included unless specified.
• Cost of deviation or ticket validity extension is not included.

• Disputes, if any, are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
• Room heaters in Ladakh hotels are available on request and payable directly.
• Entrance fees for monuments, monasteries, etc., must be paid on the tour unless included in holiday services booked.
• Accommodation in Nubra Valley and Pangong is mainly in tented camps with attached basic washrooms.
• Prepaid connections do not work in Ladakh; only postpaid works.
• Inner Line Permit is mandatory for travel to Nubra Valley and Pangong.
• All Indian tourists must carry valid government-issued photo IDs for permits; children must carry birth certificates.
• All adventure activities are subject to weather conditions.
• WiFi is available in select hotels in Leh and Nubra; Pangong, Tso Moriri, and Kargil do not have WiFi facilities.
• Most hotels in Leh do not have escalators installed.
• Foreign nationals must pay an additional permit fee of ₹1500 per person for restricted areas in Ladakh.
