Terms and Conditions

• Starting 1st May 2025 travel onwards, Thailand is implementing the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC), a new paperless digital system to make immigration processes faster, easier, and more secure. As per the latest immigration guidelines, it is mandatory for all non-Thai nationals travelling to Thailand by air, land, or sea to apply and complete their TDAC registration online for free before arrival. You must complete your registration within 3 days of arrival. To register, please click on: https://tdac.immigration.go.th.
• Please note that the package cost does not include a visa fee. Indian nationals currently enjoy On Arrival Visa-Free entry until further notice.
• Please expect to receive your vouchers 72 hours before your departure date (subject to full payment of your package cost).
• Please note that these packages are customizable, which means that you will be able to make changes to the itinerary/activity if you so desire. The final payment will be calculated as per the activities reflecting on the website which will be outlined in the confirmatory e-mail sent to you.
• Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar etc., are not included.
• In case your package needs to be cancelled due to any natural calamity, weather conditions etc., Yashtrip shall strive to give you the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trade partners/vendors.
• If payment is not made as per the schedule provided in the first booking confirmation e-mail, Yashtrip reserves the right to cancel the booking after attempting to get in touch with you. Refunds would be as per the package cancellation policy.
• The passenger names in the booking form should be exactly as per passports. Yashtrip will not bear any liability for the name change fee, if incorrect names and ages have been added at the time of booking.
• Please note that if your package includes a flight which is a low-cost carrier (Thai Air Asia, Air India Express) then baggage will not be included in the package. Baggage can be added as per your requirement at an additional cost depending on the airlines and destination.
• Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. An early check-in, or a late check-out is solely based on the discretion of the hotel.
• In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in another hotel of a similar category.
• Certain hotels abroad may ask for a security deposit during check-in, which is refundable at check-out subject to the hotel’s policy.
• Please note that Day at Leisure essentially implies that no sightseeing activities have been included for that day.
• Kindly be on time for your activities, tours, and transfers. Most countries are quite strict about following a schedule.
• The package price does not include special dinner or mandatory charges levied by the hotels especially during New Year, Christmas, or any special occasions. Yashtrip shall try to communicate the same while booking the package. However, Yashtrip may not have this information readily available all the time.
• For queries regarding cancellations and refunds, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.
• Yashtrip reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels/flights, cancellation, re-scheduling/re-routing of flights, closure of/entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
• For any paid activity which is non-operational due to any unforeseen reason, we will process a refund and the same should reach the guest within 30 days of processing. Also, for any activity which is complimentary and not charged to Yashtrip or the guest, no refund will be processed.
• TCS Conditions
• As per section 206CCA of Income Tax Act 1961, w.e.f. 01-Jul-21 onwards, TCS will be charged @10% on overseas tour packages in case you have not filed your income tax returns for two preceding years; and the aggregate TDS and TCS in each tax year is INR 50,000 or more.
• On validating the PAN, if it is found that you have not filed your Income Tax Returns for two preceding years and aggregate TDS and TCS exceeds INR 50,000, an additional TCS @5% will be recovered from you or booking will get cancelled and cancellation charges will apply.

Exclusions

• Package price does not include Gala dinner charges applicable on Christmas and New Year's Eve.
• VISA cost is not included in the package cost.

Important Information

• Yashtrip provides Visa assistance only. Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the respective Consulate.
• Visa Disclaimer: Please note that the final decision regarding a visa application rests entirely with the Embassy/Consulate.
• For international travel, your passport must have a minimum validity of 6 months from your planned date of return.
• Please check your flight status/schedule 24 hours before departure, as airline schedules are subject to change without prior notice.
• Passenger names entered during booking must exactly match the names on travel documents (e.g., passport) carried during the trip.
• Yashtrip representatives will NEVER ask for your personal details such as credit/debit card information, passwords, PIN, CVV, OTP, etc. Please do not share these with anyone over phone, SMS, WhatsApp, email, or any other medium.
• Upon arrival at the airport, you must complete Immigration, collect your baggage, and proceed towards the main exit (Gate-10). A Yashtrip representative will meet you at this exit.
• Please ensure you meet the airport representative within 70 minutes of flight landing. Delays in airport pick-up or transfers may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or vehicle issues.
• Standard hotel check-in time is 2:00 pm. For early check-in or late check-out, please contact your Yashtrip representative before departure. This is subject to availability. Hotels also require a refundable security deposit at check-in, which may range from 700 THB to 2500 THB depending on hotel category.
• It is recommended to carry a minimum of 5000 THB in local currency.
• Most islands in Thailand charge a national park fee of 400 THB per adult and 200 THB per child, payable in cash at the location.
• Additional entrance fees of around 20 THB may apply at certain islands such as Phi Phi, James Bond, etc., which must also be paid locally in cash.
