Terms and Conditions

• For a hassle-free travel experience, please consult with your YashTrip Travel Expert.
• Standard hotel check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to the hotel’s discretion.
• A maximum of 3 adults are allowed in one room. The third occupant will be provided with a mattress/rollaway bed.
• The itinerary is fixed and cannot be modified. Transportation will be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal. For any paid activity that is non-operational due to unforeseen reasons, refunds will be processed within 30 days. Complimentary activities are not eligible for refunds.
• Air-conditioning will not be functional in cool or hilly areas.
• Entrance fees, parking charges, and guide charges are not included unless mentioned in the inclusions.
• If your flights involve a combination of different airlines, you may need to collect and recheck your baggage at the connecting hub.
• Booking rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Airline seats and hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Please provide correct passenger age details while booking. Incorrect age details may lead to additional charges during travel.
• In case of unavailability at listed hotels, alternate accommodation of similar standard will be arranged.
• In case of cancellations due to natural calamities or weather conditions, YashTrip will strive to provide the maximum possible refund as per agreements with our partners/vendors.
• YashTrip reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to Force Majeure events, strikes, festivals, weather, traffic issues, overbooking, flight changes, or other reasons. Alternative arrangements will be made where possible, but refunds or compensation cannot be guaranteed.
• Some hotels may require a refundable security deposit at check-in, as per their policy.
• Package price excludes personal expenses such as laundry, phone calls, room service, mini bar, tips, portage, and camera fees.
• Items not mentioned under "Inclusions" are not included in the package cost.
• Special dinners or mandatory festive charges (e.g., Christmas, New Year) are not included unless mentioned. These may be payable directly at the hotel.
• Cost of deviation from the planned itinerary or extension of ticket validity is not included.
• For cancellations and refunds, please refer to YashTrip’s Cancellation Policy.
• All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
• At most hotels in Ladakh, room heaters (if required) are available on request and payable directly.
• Monument and monastery entry fees must be paid directly unless included in your package.
• Accommodation in Nubra Valley and Pangong is typically in tented camps with attached basic washrooms.
• Prepaid mobile connections do not work in Ladakh. Only postpaid SIM cards function.
• Inner Line Permits are mandatory for travel to Nubra Valley and Pangong.
• All Indian tourists must carry valid government-issued photo ID for Inner Line Permits. Children must carry birth certificates. Non-submission will result in denial of entry to restricted areas.
• Adventure activities are subject to weather conditions.
• WiFi is available at select hotels in Leh and Nubra. Pangong, Tso Moriri, and Kargil generally do not have WiFi.
• Most hotels in Leh do not have elevators.
