Terms and Conditions

• Tourism Dirham Tax will be charged directly to the clients upon arrival at the hotel from 31.03.14 onwards. These charges are on a per-night basis based on the hotel category booked.
• Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an e-mail as well as an SMS on your registered mobile number confirming your booking. For assistance, please email us on booking@yashtrip.com (8:00 am to 8:00 pm, seven days a week).
• You will receive your vouchers 72 hours before your departure date (subject to full payment of your package cost).
• For Group Departures: YashTrip reserves the right to cancel the package and shift to the next departure date. You may choose another package or FIT at the same cost. Tour Manager Service (if mentioned) will be provided only if the group size is 20 passengers or above. For smaller groups, a driver-cum-guide will accompany you.
• These packages are customizable. Changes to the itinerary/activity may affect the final payment, which will be reflected in the confirmatory e-mail.
• Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar, etc., are not included.
• If your package needs to be cancelled due to any natural calamity or weather conditions, YashTrip will strive to give you the maximum possible refund, subject to agreements with trade partners/vendors.
• If payment is not made as per the provided schedule, YashTrip reserves the right to cancel the booking after attempting to contact you. Refunds will be as per the package cancellation policy.
• Passenger names in the booking form should be exactly as per passports. YashTrip will not bear any liability for name change fees if incorrect names and ages are provided at booking.
• If your package includes a low-cost carrier flight (e.g., Air Asia, Scoot Airlines, Air Arabia, Jetstar, Fly Dubai, Thai AirAsia, Air India Express, Tiger Airways), baggage is not included. Baggage can be added at an additional cost, depending on the airline and destination. Our Travel Expert will contact you within 24 hours after booking for baggage addition.
• Please provide baggage requirements to our Travel Expert at least 5 days before departure.
• Standard hotel check-in time is 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out is at the hotel’s discretion.
• If the selected hotel is unavailable, an alternate hotel of similar category will be offered.
• Certain hotels abroad may ask for a refundable security deposit at check-in, subject to their policy.
• “Day at Leisure” means no sightseeing activities are included for that day.
• Please be on time for activities, tours, and transfers. Many countries are strict about schedules.
• The package price does not include special dinners or mandatory hotel charges during New Year, Christmas, or other special occasions. YashTrip will try to communicate these in advance but may not always have this information readily available.
• For cancellations and refunds, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.
• Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in c.
• For any paid activity that is non-operational due to unforeseen reasons, a refund will be processed within 30 days. No refund will be given for complimentary activities.

• As per section 206CCA of the Income Tax Act 1961, w.e.f. 01-Jul-21 onwards, TCS will be charged @5% on overseas tour packages if you have not filed your income tax returns for the two preceding years and your aggregate TDS/TCS in each year is INR 50,000 or more. In such cases, an additional TCS @5% will be recovered or the booking will be cancelled and cancellation charges will apply.
