Custom international planning is not a premium add-on for us; it is the core craft. A packaged tour asks you to fit the trip. On-demand asks the trip to fit you — and then puts an accountable operator behind every booking so the fitting survives contact with the real world.

One honest boundary upfront: we build trips we can stand behind. If your destination is somewhere we lack reliable ground partners, or your dates collide with a season we know will disappoint (central Vietnam's typhoon window, Europe's February greyness for a beach-minded family), we say so at the first call and propose what we can deliver well — even when that means recommending against the booking.

How it works — step by step

1. Tell us the dream (Day 0). WhatsApp or call +91 97299 91755, or the form below. Useful inputs: where (or the shortlist), who is travelling and their ages, roughly when and for how long, budget range per person or for the family, and the one thing the trip must contain. A voice note describing it in your own words works better than you would think.
2. The shaping call (within one working day). Twenty minutes with a planner — not a sales script. We test the idea against seasons, visa timelines, flight geography and budget honestly, and agree the trip's real shape: countries, nights, tier.
3. Itinerary and quote (3–5 working days for most destinations). A day-by-day itinerary written for your group — named hotels with the reasoning, internal transport, experiences, pace — plus a transparent written quote: inclusions itemised, exclusions stated, GST/TCS shown at prevailing rates, validity window stated. Complex multi-country routes take longer and we tell you how long.
4. Refine until it is yours. Two, three, five rounds — swapping cities, stretching nights, re-tiering hotels up or down. The itinerary is finished when you stop wanting to change it, not when we stop offering to.
5. Visas and locking. We run the visa process appropriate to the route — e-visas filed directly; embassy-track visas (Schengen, UK, US, Japan and similar) with full documentation support, appointment strategy and honest lead-time guidance, since peak-season Schengen realistically wants 6–12 weeks of runway. Flights, stays and ground services lock in the right order against visa risk — a sequencing judgement DIY bookings routinely get wrong.
6. Travel with a line home. Documents in one organised pack, day-by-day reconfirmations behind the scenes, and a WhatsApp thread that answers in Indian hours — plus local partner contacts in-country where we operate them.

Where we lack reliable ground operations, we say so at the first call rather than experimenting with your holiday.

How far in advance should we start?

For e-visa destinations (much of Asia and the Gulf): 3–6 weeks is comfortable. For embassy-track destinations — Schengen Europe, UK, US, Japan — start 2–3 months out, and longer for peak summer, since appointment queues and processing in Delhi NCR genuinely stretch in season. Event-anchored trips (F1, concerts, the migration) should start the moment tickets or camps go on sale. Late starts are sometimes rescuable; ask before assuming.

Do you handle visas — and what if a visa is refused?

We run the full documentation process: checklists, financial-document guidance, appointment strategy, cover letters and follow-through — everything except the decision, which belongs to the embassy alone, and we will never pretend otherwise. Bookings are sequenced against visa risk (refundable stages first), so a refusal or delay costs the minimum possible. Our refusal rate stays low for the boring reason: honest, complete applications.

What budget do custom international trips need?

There is no fixed floor — the service designs to your range, and the first call tells you plainly what that range buys in each candidate destination: what is comfortable, what is tight, what is not honest to attempt. Prices appear only in your written quote, because a custom trip priced before it is designed is a guess. If a packaged route serves your budget better, we will point you to it.

Can you plan multi-country trips?

They are the heart of this service: Turkey–Greece, Vietnam–Cambodia, Singapore–Malaysia–Bali, multi-country Europe by rail, Kenya–Tanzania. The craft is in the joins — border logistics, flight geography, visa combinations (one Schengen visa versus three separate ones), and pacing so the second country gets you fresher, not wearier. Two countries in ten nights is usually wisdom; four is usually a mistake, and we say so.

Do you plan around events — matches, races, concerts?

Yes — event-anchored trips are a growing share of our work: F1 weekends, cricket tours, football finals, major concerts. We source tickets only through legitimate channels (and say plainly when face-value access no longer exists), build the city and country around the event, and plan the trip to stand on its own even if the event disappoints. Start these earliest of all; event-city hotels reprice brutally.

What happens if something goes wrong mid-trip?

You message the same WhatsApp thread that planned the trip, and it becomes our problem in working minutes: rebooking a cancelled leg, re-routing around a strike or storm, a doctor's contact in-city, an embassy-loss procedure if a passport disappears. Where we run local partners, help is physically nearby too. This safety net is, frankly, the single biggest difference between our trips and a stack of confirmation emails.
