Terms and Conditions
- For a smooth travel experience, we recommend consulting with your YashTrip Travel Expert before your journey.
- Standard hotel check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and discretion.
- A maximum of 3 adults are allowed in one room. The third occupant will be provided with a mattress or rollaway bed.
- The itinerary is fixed and cannot be modified. Transportation will be provided as per the itinerary and is not available at disposal. For any paid activity that is non-operational due to unforeseen reasons, YashTrip will process a refund within 30 days. Complimentary activities that are non-operational will not be refunded.
- Air-conditioning will not be functional in cool or hilly areas.
- Entrance fees, parking, and guide charges are not included unless specified in the inclusions.
- If your flights involve multiple airlines, you may need to collect your baggage at the connecting airport and re-check it for the onward journey.
- Package prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Airline seats and hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Pricing is based on passenger age provided at booking. Incorrect age details may result in penalties during travel.
- If listed hotels are unavailable, YashTrip will arrange alternate accommodation of a similar standard.
- If the package is canceled due to natural calamities or weather conditions, YashTrip will provide the maximum possible refund subject to agreements with our vendors.
- YashTrip reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to force majeure events, strikes, festivals, weather conditions, overbooking, flight cancellations, closures, or entry restrictions. While we will make alternate arrangements where possible, no compensation will be provided for changes beyond our control.
- Some hotels may request a refundable security deposit at check-in, subject to their policy.
- Expenses of personal nature such as laundry, calls, room service, minibar, alcohol, tips, and camera fees are not included.
- Items not mentioned under "Inclusions" are not part of the package price.
- The package price does not include special dinners or surcharges levied during Christmas, New Year, or special events unless stated. YashTrip will try to inform guests in advance when possible.
- Costs for ticket deviations or extensions are not included.
- For cancellations and refunds, please refer to YashTrip’s Cancellation Policy.
- Disputes, if any, will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
- Room heaters in Ladakh hotels are available on request and on a direct payment basis.
- Entrance fees for monuments, monasteries, etc., must be paid directly unless specified as included.
- Accommodation in Nubra Valley and Pangong is primarily in tented camps with attached basic washrooms.
- Prepaid mobile connections do not work in Ladakh; only postpaid connections are functional.
- Inner Line Permit is mandatory for travel to Nubra Valley and Pangong.
- All Indian tourists must carry valid government-issued photo ID for permits. Children must carry birth certificates. Non-submission of these documents will result in denial of entry to restricted areas.
- All adventure activities are subject to weather conditions.
- Wi-Fi is available in some hotels in Leh and Nubra. Pangong, Tso Moriri, and Kargil generally do not have Wi-Fi.
- Most hotels in Leh do not have elevators.
- All foreign nationals are required to pay an additional permit fee of ₹1500 per person for travel to restricted areas, as per local authority rules.
