Terms and Conditions

• Please note that once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an e-mail and an SMS on your registered mobile number confirming your booking. If you need any help, please contact YashTrip Support (8:00 am – 8:00 pm, seven days a week).
• Please expect to receive your vouchers 72 hours before your departure date (subject to full payment of your package cost).
• These packages are customizable; you may request changes to the itinerary/activities. The final payable amount will be based on the inclusions shown on the website and outlined in your confirmation e-mail.
• Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, and minibar charges are not included.
• If your package needs to be cancelled due to natural calamities, weather conditions, or similar events, YashTrip will strive to secure the maximum possible refund subject to agreements with our partners/vendors.
• If payment is not made as per the schedule in the first booking confirmation e-mail, YashTrip reserves the right to cancel the booking after attempting to contact you. Refunds will follow the package’s cancellation policy.
• Passenger names must exactly match the passports. YashTrip will not be liable for any name-change fees if incorrect names/ages are provided during booking.
• If your package includes a flight on a low-cost carrier (AirAsia, Scoot, Air Arabia, Jetstar, flydubai, Thai AirAsia, Air India Express, Tigerair, etc.), check-in baggage may not be included unless specified. Baggage can be added at an additional cost as per airline and route. Our Travel Expert will attempt to contact you within 24 hours of booking for baggage additions.
• Please share your baggage requirements with our Travel Expert no later than 5 days before departure.
• Standard hotel check-in is typically 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. Early check-in/late check-out is subject to the hotel’s discretion and availability.
• If the selected hotel is unavailable, an alternate hotel of a similar category will be offered.
• Certain international hotels may collect a refundable security deposit at check-in, as per the hotel’s policy.
• “Day at Leisure” means no sightseeing activities are included on that day.
• Please be punctual for all activities, tours, and transfers, as many countries follow strict schedules.
• Package prices do not include mandatory festive surcharges or special dinner charges levied by hotels (e.g., Christmas, New Year, or special events). YashTrip will attempt to inform you during booking where possible.
• For queries regarding cancellations and refunds, please refer to YashTrip’s Cancellation Policy.
• Local regulations or operational reasons may result in closures or changes to attractions or sightseeing. We will do our best to provide suitable alternatives where possible.
• A fee of USD 3 per person applies to activities with private transfers and all group-departure packages. This excludes shared activities and private hotel/airport transfers.
• For any paid activity that becomes non-operational due to unforeseen reasons, we will process a refund which should reach the guest within 30 days of processing. No refund is applicable for complimentary activities not charged to YashTrip or the guest.
• TCS Conditions: As per section 206CCA of the Income Tax Act, 1961 (effective 01-Jul-2021), TCS @10% will be charged on overseas tour packages if income tax returns have not been filed for the two preceding years and aggregate TDS/TCS in each such year is INR 50,000 or more.
• Upon PAN validation, if it is found that you have not filed income tax returns for the two preceding years and aggregate TDS/TCS exceeds INR 50,000, an additional TCS @5% will be recovered or the booking will be cancelled and cancellation charges will apply.
