Terms and Conditions

• Starting 1st May 2025 travel onwards, Thailand is implementing the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC), a new paperless digital system to make immigration processes faster, easier, and more secure. As per the latest immigration guidelines, it is mandatory for all non-Thai nationals travelling to Thailand by air, land, or sea to apply and complete their TDAC registration online for free before arrival. You must complete your registration within 3 days of arrival. To register, please click on: https://tdac.immigration.go.th.
• Please note that the package cost does not include a visa fee. Indian nationals currently enjoy On Arrival Visa-Free entry until further notice.
• Travel vouchers will be shared 72 hours before your departure date (subject to full payment of your package cost).
• Packages are customizable, which means you will be able to make changes to the itinerary/activities if desired. The final payment will be calculated as per the activities chosen, which will be outlined in the confirmatory email sent to you.
• Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, and mini bar are not included.
• In case your package needs to be cancelled due to any natural calamity, weather conditions etc., YashTrip will strive to provide the maximum possible refund subject to agreements made with our trade partners/vendors.
• If payment is not made as per the schedule provided in the booking confirmation email, YashTrip reserves the right to cancel the booking after attempting to get in touch with you. Refunds will be processed as per the cancellation policy.
• The passenger names in the booking form should be exactly as per passports. YashTrip will not bear liability for name change fees if incorrect details have been provided during booking.
• Please note that if your package includes a flight with a low-cost carrier (Thai Air Asia, Air India Express etc.), baggage will not be included in the package. Baggage can be added as per requirement at an additional cost depending on the airline and destination.
• Standard check-in time at hotels is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out is solely at the discretion of the hotel.
• If the selected hotel is unavailable, an alternate arrangement will be offered in another hotel of similar category.
• Certain hotels abroad may ask for a refundable security deposit during check-in, which will be returned at check-out as per the hotel’s policy.
• “Day at Leisure” implies that no sightseeing activities have been included for that day.
• Please be on time for activities, tours, and transfers. Many countries are strict about following schedules.
• The package price does not include special dinners or mandatory charges levied by hotels during New Year, Christmas, or other special occasions. YashTrip will try to inform you in advance, though this information may not always be available at the time of booking.

• YashTrip reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point due to reasons including but not limited to: force majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels/flights, flight cancellations, re-scheduling, re-routing, or entry restrictions at places of visit. We will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, but no refunds/compensation claims will be entertained for changes arising from such circumstances.
• For any paid activity which becomes non-operational due to unforeseen reasons, a refund will be processed within 30 days. For complimentary activities not charged to YashTrip or the guest, no refund will be applicable.
• TCS Conditions:
  As per Section 206CCA of the Income Tax Act 1961, effective 1st July 2021, TCS will be charged @10% on overseas tour packages in case you have not filed your income tax returns for the two preceding years, and your aggregate TDS + TCS in each tax year is INR 50,000 or more.
• On validating your PAN, if it is found that you have not filed your Income Tax Returns for the two preceding years and your aggregate TDS + TCS exceeds INR 50,000, an additional TCS @5% will be recovered from you or your booking will be cancelled with applicable cancellation charges.

Exclusions

• Package price does not include Gala dinner charges applicable on Christmas and New Year's Eve.
• VISA cost is not included in the package cost.
