Terms and Conditions

• Starting 1st May 2025 travel onwards, Thailand is implementing the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC), a new paperless system to make immigration faster and more secure. All non-Thai nationals must apply and complete TDAC registration online for free within 3 days prior to arrival. Register at: https://tdac.immigration.go.th.
• Package cost does not include visa fee. Indian nationals currently enjoy Visa-Free entry until further notice.
• Travel vouchers will be shared 72 hours before departure (subject to full payment).
• Packages are customizable. Final cost will be calculated based on selected activities as reflected on the confirmation email.
• Personal expenses such as laundry, phone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, minibar etc. are not included.
• If your package is cancelled due to natural calamity, weather, or similar reasons, YashTrip will strive to provide the maximum possible refund subject to partner/vendor policies.
• If payment is not received as per schedule, YashTrip reserves the right to cancel the booking. Refunds will follow the cancellation policy.
• Passenger names must exactly match passports. YashTrip is not liable for any name change fees due to incorrect details at the time of booking.
• If the package includes a low-cost airline (e.g., Thai Air Asia, Air India Express), baggage may not be included. Baggage can be added at extra cost depending on the airline and route.
• Standard hotel check-in is 2:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is at the hotel’s discretion.
• If the chosen hotel is unavailable, an alternate hotel of similar category will be provided.
• Some hotels abroad may ask for a refundable security deposit at check-in.
• Day at Leisure means no sightseeing activities are included for that day.
• Guests must be punctual for all tours, transfers, and activities. Many destinations follow strict schedules.
• Package price does not include special dinners or mandatory festive surcharges (e.g., Christmas, New Year). These will be communicated wherever possible.
• For cancellations and refunds, please refer to YashTrip’s Cancellation Policy.
• YashTrip reserves the right to modify the itinerary in case of force majeure events, strikes, festivals, weather, traffic, overbooking, flight cancellations/rescheduling, or restrictions at the place of visit. Alternate arrangements will be made, but refunds/compensation may not be applicable.
• If a paid activity is non-operational due to unforeseen reasons, refunds will be processed within 30 days. Complimentary activities are non-refundable if not operated.
• TCS Conditions: As per section 206CCA of the Income Tax Act 1961, w.e.f. 01-Jul-21, TCS @10% applies on overseas tour packages if income tax returns for the preceding two years have not been filed and aggregate TDS/TCS is INR 50,000 or more.
• If PAN validation shows pending ITRs for two years and aggregate TDS/TCS exceeds INR 50,000, an additional TCS @5% will be charged or booking may be cancelled as per policy.

Exclusions

• Package price does not include Gala dinner charges applicable on Christmas and New Year's Eve.
• VISA cost is not included in the package cost.

Important Information

• YashTrip provides Visa assistance only, Visa Approval is at the discretion of Consulate.
• Visa Disclaimer: Please note that the final decision regarding a visa application rests solely with the respective Embassy/Consulate.
• To travel to any international destination, your passport must have a minimum validity of 06 months from your planned date of return.
• Do check your flight status/schedule 24 hours before the scheduled flight departure, since airline schedules are subject to change without notice.
• While entering passenger names during the booking process, do ensure that they exactly match the names on the travel documents (e.g. passport) that you will be carrying for the trip.
• YashTrip officials or representatives will NEVER ask you for your personal information i.e. your credit/debit card details, passwords, PIN, CVV, OTP etc. Please do not share these details with anyone over phone, SMS, WhatsApp, email or any other source.
• After arriving at the airport, the guest would be required to go through the Immigration process and then head towards the Baggage Claim Area. Thereafter, the guest would proceed towards Gate-10 of the main exit through Exit A for domestic passengers or Exit B for international passengers; the YashTrip representative shall meet you at this exit.
• Please ensure that you meet the airport representative within 70 minutes of the flight landing, as the driver has standard instructions to leave at a specified time. There could be a delay in your airport pick-up or transfer due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, car breakdown, etc.
• Standard check-in time is 2 pm. If you wish to book an early check-in or a late check-out, you would be required to get in touch with the YashTrip representative before your departure, as it is subject to availability. A security deposit needs to be paid at all hotels at the time of check-in. The deposit varies from 700 THB to 2500 THB depending on the category of the hotel.
• It is recommended to carry a minimum of 5000 THB in local currency.
• Most Islands in Thailand have a national park fee which is 400 THB per adult & 200 THB per child. This fee needs to be paid in cash on ground only.
• There is an additional entrance fee of 20 THB on Phi Phi/James Bond and other Islands which also needs to be paid on ground.
