Terms and Conditions

• Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. An early check-in or late check-out is solely based on the discretion of the hotel.
• A maximum of 3 adults are allowed in one room. The third occupant shall be provided with a mattress/rollaway bed.
• Certain hotels may ask for a security deposit during check-in, which is refundable at check-out subject to the hotel’s policy.
• Heritage properties may not have the latest amenities, but their timeless beauty has a charm of its own.
• Tented camps in Rajasthan are seasonal in nature and offer basic services.
• Certain hotels in old city areas of Rajasthan may not have direct road access. Transfer vehicles will drop you at the nearest point, from where you may need to hire a porter to carry your luggage (direct payment basis).
• In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a hotel of similar standard.
• Booking rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Airline seats and hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• The itinerary is fixed and cannot be modified. Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal.
• Air-conditioner shall be switched off during drives in hilly areas, at the driver’s discretion.
• Vehicles provided are air-conditioned and well-maintained; during summer, cooling may take some time.
• Vehicles can only go up to designated points at monuments and sightseeing spots. From there, you may need to walk, hire a jeep, or take an elephant/camel ride (direct payment basis).
• Entry tickets or charges at monuments and sightseeing spots (unless included) are to be paid directly by the guest.
• Sightseeing is subject to weather, political, and traffic conditions. Any sightseeing missed due to such conditions is non-refundable.
• The Taj Mahal is closed for visitors on Fridays. Please plan accordingly if included in your itinerary.
• Some monuments/temples may be closed on certain days due to festivals, ceremonies, or weekly closures.
• Some monuments may not be easily accessible for differently-abled travelers.
• Ranthambore Safari has limited seats. Advance booking is recommended to avoid missing the experience.
• The package price does not include personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar charges, tips, portage, camera fees, etc.
• Any services not mentioned under "Inclusions" are not included in the package cost.
• Costs of deviations, extensions, or changes in ticket validity are not included.
• For any paid activity that becomes non-operational due to unforeseen reasons, a refund will be processed within 30 days. Complimentary activities will not be refunded.
• If your flights involve multiple airlines, you may need to collect your luggage and re-check it at connecting hubs.
• The package price does not include special dinners or mandatory charges imposed by hotels during New Year, Christmas, or special occasions. YashTrip will inform you wherever possible, but availability of this information is not guaranteed.
• In case of cancellation due to natural calamity or weather conditions, YashTrip will strive to provide the maximum possible refund subject to agreements with vendors.
• YashTrip reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to Force Majeure events, strikes, festivals, weather, traffic, overbooking, rerouting of flights, closure/restrictions at destinations, etc. While alternate arrangements will be made, YashTrip shall not be liable for refunds or compensation in such cases.
• All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.

Exclusions

• Package price does not include Gala dinner charges applicable on Christmas and New Year's Eve
