Terms and Conditions

• Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an e-mail as well as an SMS on your registered mobile number. For any assistance, please email us on booking@yashtrip.com. Our team is available from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, seven days a week.
• Travel vouchers will be shared 72 hours before the departure date, subject to full payment of your package cost.
• All packages are customizable. You may request changes to the itinerary or activities. Final pricing will be based on inclusions mentioned in your confirmatory e-mail.
• Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar etc., are not included in the package price.
• In case your package has to be cancelled due to natural calamities, weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, YashTrip will attempt to secure the maximum possible refund as per agreements with our partners/vendors.
• If payment is not received as per the schedule mentioned in your booking confirmation, YashTrip reserves the right to cancel your booking after attempting to reach you. Refunds will be processed as per the package cancellation policy.
• Passenger names in the booking must match exactly with those on passports/official IDs. YashTrip will not be responsible for any charges due to incorrect details provided during booking.
• If your package includes a flight with a low-cost carrier (such as Air Asia, Scoot, Air Arabia, Jetstar, Fly Dubai, Thai AirAsia, Air India Express, Tiger Airways, etc.), check-in baggage is not included. Baggage can be added at an additional cost depending on airline and destination. Our travel consultant will assist you with this after booking confirmation.
• Baggage requirements must be shared with our consultant at least 5 days before departure.
• Standard hotel check-in time is 2:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out will depend on the hotel's discretion.
• If the selected hotel is unavailable, a similar alternative will be provided.
• Some hotels abroad may require a refundable security deposit at check-in, which will be returned at check-out as per the hotel's policy.
• 'Day at Leisure' indicates that no sightseeing or activities are scheduled for that day.
• Please be punctual for all transfers, tours, and activities. Many destinations enforce strict schedules.
• The package price does not include mandatory festive surcharges (Christmas, New Year, national holidays, etc.) or gala dinners, if applicable. YashTrip will inform you of such charges, if known, during booking.
• For queries regarding cancellations and refunds, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.
• All disputes, if any, will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
• Closed sightseeing attractions due to COVID-19 or unforeseen circumstances will not be eligible for refund if included on a complimentary basis. Paid activities that are non-operational will be refunded within 30 days of processing.
• A service fee of USD 3 per person applies for activities with private transfers and group departure packages. This does not apply to shared activities or private hotel/airport transfers.
• As per Section 206CCA of the Income Tax Act 1961, effective 1st July 2021, TCS @10% will apply on overseas tour packages if you have not filed income tax returns for the past two years and if aggregate TDS/TCS in each year is INR 50,000 or more.
• If, upon PAN validation, it is found that you have not filed income tax returns for the last two years and aggregate TDS/TCS exceeds INR 50,000, an additional TCS @5% will be applicable. Non-compliance may result in booking cancellation as per applicable cancellation charges.
