Terms and Conditions

• Tourism Dirham Tax will be charged directly to the guests upon arrival at the hotel from 31.03.14 onwards. This applies to all bookings and is calculated per night based on the booked hotel category.
• Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email as well as an SMS on your registered mobile number. For any assistance, you can contact us at our customer care number. We are available from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, seven days a week.
• Your travel vouchers will be sent to you at least 72 hours before your departure date, subject to full payment of your package cost.
• All our packages are customizable, which means you can make changes to the itinerary or activities as per your preference. The final cost will be based on the chosen activities as shown on our website and confirmed via email.
• Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar, etc., are not included in the package cost.
• In case your package is cancelled due to natural calamities, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, YashTrip will strive to provide the maximum possible refund, subject to agreements with our partners/vendors.
• If payment is not made as per the schedule in your booking confirmation, YashTrip reserves the right to cancel the booking after attempting to contact you. Refunds will be processed as per our cancellation policy.
• Passenger names in the booking form must match the names on their passports. YashTrip will not be liable for any name change fees due to incorrect details provided at the time of booking.
• If your package includes a flight with a low-cost carrier (such as Air Asia, Scoot Airlines, Air Arabia, Jetstar, Fly Dubai, Thai AirAsia, Air India Express, Tiger Airways), baggage is not included. It can be purchased at an additional cost depending on the airline and destination. Our travel team will reach out to assist you with baggage options after booking.
• Please provide baggage requirements to our team no later than 5 days before departure.
• Standard hotel check-in is usually at 2:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is at the hotel’s discretion.
• If the selected hotel is unavailable, we will offer an alternate hotel of a similar category.
• Certain international hotels may require a refundable security deposit at check-in, subject to their policies.
• “Day at Leisure” means no sightseeing activities are scheduled for that day.
• Please be punctual for all activities, tours, and transfers. Many destinations follow strict schedules.
• The package price does not include special dinners or mandatory charges during peak dates (such as Christmas, New Year, or special events). We will inform you if these apply at the time of booking whenever possible.
• For queries regarding cancellations and refunds, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.
• All disputes, if any, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City, India].
• For any paid activity that becomes unavailable due to unforeseen reasons, a refund will be processed within 30 days. Complimentary activities are not eligible for refunds.
• Tourism Dirham Tax applies to all new and existing bookings, payable directly at the hotel.
• TCS Conditions: As per section 206CCA of the Income Tax Act 1961, w.e.f. 01-Jul-21 onwards, 5% TCS will be charged on overseas tour packages if you have not filed your income tax returns for the last two years and your total TDS/TCS is ₹50,000 or more per year. If your PAN validation fails for this reason, an additional 5% TCS will be charged or the booking will be cancelled as per our cancellation policy.

Exclusions

• Mandatory Dubai Tourism Dirham Fee to be paid directly to the hotel (subject to change basis local regulations)
• Package price does not include Gala dinner charges applicable on Christmas and New Year's Eve

Important Information

• 1. Visa Disclaimer : Please note that the final decision regarding a visa application rests solely with the respective Embassy/Consulate.
• 2. To travel to any international destination, your passport must have a minimum validity of 06 months from your planned date of return.
• 3. Do check your flight status/schedule 24 hours before the scheduled flight departure, since airline schedules are subject to change without notice.
• 4. While entering passenger names during the booking process, do ensure that they exactly match the names on the travel documents (e.g. passport) that you will be carrying for the trip.
• 5. YashTrip officials or representatives will NEVER ask you for your personal information i.e. your credit/debit card details, passwords, PIN, CVV, OTP etc. Please do not share these details with anyone over phone, SMS, Whatsapp, email or any other source
