About YashTrip

YashTrip plans tours the way a good friend in the travel trade would — a real person listens to your dates, budget and pace, then sends you a written quote on WhatsApp. No online checkout, no pressure, no payment of any kind before you have that quote in writing.

What we do

Group tours and fully custom trips across India — Kashmir to Kerala, Ladakh to the Andamans — and international favourites like Dubai, Thailand, Bali, Vietnam, Singapore and Nepal. Where a package includes flights, visa help, meals or transfers, it says so right on the package; what is not included is listed just as openly. Beyond the packages on this site we also plan corporate offsites and group travel, gifted holidays through Gift a Tour, and fully bespoke itineraries built from a blank page around whatever you have in mind.

How an enquiry works

Every card on this site has one job: start a conversation, not a transaction. Tap Get free quote on any package — or simply WhatsApp us — and a planner picks your enquiry up personally. They price your exact dates, group size and room choice, then send the figure in writing on WhatsApp. If the plan is not right yet, say so: hotels, days, route and budget can all be changed, and your planner revises the quote at no charge until it fits. You confirm only when the plan is right, and the same planner stays with you until you are home.

How we price

Every price you see on this site is an indicative estimate for the basis shown beside it — per person or per couple, with the duration, departure basis and occupancy stated alongside. Airfare and hotel rates move daily, so instead of a number that quietly changes at checkout, your planner prices your exact dates and sends the final figure in writing before you commit to anything. Taxes such as GST and TCS are called out separately, and each package lists its exclusions as plainly as its inclusions.

Why we work this way

Portals optimise for clicks; planners optimise for the trip. A written quote makes every promise checkable, keeps surprises out of the final bill, and gives you one accountable person to talk to — before, during and after the trip. That is the whole model: tours planned by people, not portals.
